General Questions

Do you have Android version of this app?

Unfortunatelly, we don't have any Android apps and we don't plan to develop any in the near future. This is mainly due to the resource/time constraints.

Can you please Apple Watch support?

Unfortunatelly, we don't have current plans to develop Apple Watch apps. This is something that we are keeping a close eye and might add Apple Watch support to some our apps in the future.

Speedometer FAQ

Compass is not working.

Please make sure that compass calibration is enabled. Settings --> Privacy --> Location Services --> System Services (at the bottom) --> Enable Compass Calibration.

I don't get any speed updates. Speed is always zero.

Can you please try the remedies given in this site? Specifically, please try

  1. turn off / on location services
  2. turn off LTE
  3. reset location and privacy
  4. uncheck do not disturb while driving
  5. update to latest iOS version.

We would appreciate if you can follow the steps one at a time and let us know if one of the steps solves your problem.

App keeps saying "Poor GPS".

GPS signal quality does not depend on cellular connectivity.

Please make sure that your phone can see the sky so that it can receive the satellite GPS signal. If you are in a train or plane, you might try moving to a window seat and place your phone close to the window. Similarly, in a car place it below the windshield. Inside buildings, GPS might also have poor signal quality so please try outside the buildings.

Turning the Wi-Fi on your phone on also helps.

In some cases, it might also help to wait around 30 seconds to allow the GPS signal to be ackquired; especially after device's location has changed significantly since last location usage.

Counter FAQ

Is it possible to modify old counts or add counts for previous dates?

This is not possible at the moment.

Can you add limit to a counter or can you reset after some value?

These features are not currently available. We don't have any plan to add such features in the near future.

Muezzin FAQ

Qibla compass is not working.

Please make sure that compass calibration is enabled. Settings --> Privacy --> Location Services --> System Services (at the bottom) --> Enable Compass Calibration.

Is this app really free?

Yes. No ads, no tracking, no selling data.. completely free. Please pray for the developer and his family..

Why do Adhan warnings come in multiple notifications?

Unfortunately, iOS devices can not play notification audio more than 30 seconds without breaking Apple rules. That's why each Adhan is played in via multiple notifications. System triggers a vibration when notifications are received. Unfortunately, this is outside the developer's power. I would love to implement a smooth adhan myself but it is simply not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
